1. Scope and Applicability
This Policy applies when you (i) visit the Site, and/or (ii) use the Services, and/or (iii) partner with us, and/or (iv) otherwise get in contact with us. Therefore, the Policy applies to you if you are one or more of the following:

The veterinarians collaborating with our Services, in order for them to be able to provide you with their medical services;

To comply with any court order, law, or legal process, including to respond to any government or regulatory request;
•
In the event of a change of control (such as where we will be acquired by or merged with a third-party entity, or sell all or most of our assets). Other than in the event of a change of control, we hereby commit that we do not, and will not, under any circumstances, sell your personal information to any source;

In additional manners, pursuant to your explicit approval, or if we are legally obligated to do so.

6. Your Rights Under the Policy

You may have the right to request that we delete any of your Personal Information that we collected from you and retained. We are happy to offer transparency and access controls to help Users and Customers take advantage of their right to opt-out and/or withdraw their previously given consent. Users and Customers have the right to give and withdraw their previously given consent to the collection and processing of their Personal Information. 8. Do Not Track Signals
Do Not Track is a privacy preference that can be configured in certain web browsers (the “DNT Feature”). The DNT Feature, when enabled on a web browser, signals the websites you visit that you do not want certain information about your visit collected. Because there is not a common understanding of how to interpret DNT signals, our Services may not respond to all browser DNT signals. 9. Data Retention
We retain the Personal Information we collect or receive from you for as long as reasonably necessary in order to provide you with our Services and as otherwise legally permitted or required in order to comply with applicable laws and regulations. If you withdraw your consent to us processing your Personal Information, including by deleting your account, we will delete your Personal Information from our systems, except to the extent such data in whole or in part is required to comply with any applicable rule or regulation and/or to respond to or defend against legal proceeding brought against us or our affiliates.

To access or use our services, you must be over the age of eighteen (18), and in any case, not underage according to the legislation in your country of residence. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any stage so that we can verify that minors under the age of 18 are not using our services.
In the event that it comes to our attention that a person under the age of 18 is using our Services, we may prohibit and block such User from using our Services, and will make all efforts to promptly delete any Personal Information with respect to them.

The terms of this Policy will govern the use of our Services and any information collected therein. We reserve the right to change this Policy at any time, so please revisit this page from time to time. We will provide notice of substantial changes to this Policy on the homepage of the Site and/or we will send you an e-mail regarding such changes to the e-mail address you may have provided. Such substantial changes will take effect seven (7) days after such notice was provided on our Site or sent by email. Any and all such claims and disputes shall be brought in, and you hereby consent to them being litigated in and decided exclusively by a court of competent jurisdiction located in the City of Wilmington, County of New Castle Delaware, USA.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
