They were truly a gift from God, and sent by Him to help, encourage, and support us as we navigated new territory with our cat needing an emergency surgery recently. The doctor and nurse to come to our home were wise, knowledgeable, and caring. They worked so well as a team and gave us all the answers to the questions and concerns we had. The nurse even gave us treats for our cat for future use. The receptionist at BlueSky was also vital in our cat receiving her emergency surgery by giving us the information on a clinic we could book with that was nearby our home. She was very kind and encouraging, giving us the reassurance that our cat would be okay and will get what she needed. We are really grateful for this care team and would recommend them to anyone who needs assistance for their pets in their home.

Our dogs have never been on a leash or in a car or crate since arriving at our home. Dr. Plettner and Madison did an incredible job and our 2 large dogs and 2 cats loved the attention and easy vet visit. They all had blood work and all their shots. Dr. Plettner and Madison were so great with all our crew that none were anxious or stressed with the visit. We needed a check up for her and found this beautiful group who was willing to come into the comfort of our home and help us with our needs. Dr. Plettner and her assistant Madison, were caring, kind, patient and so very knowledgeable! We had absolutely the best care we have had in a long time! (And we have had wonderful vets)They did an exam,took bloodwork, addressed and acknowledged ALL of our problems and concerns ..and all in the comfort of our home. I never felt like they were in a rush to get out the door! Dr Plettner and Madison were above and beyond with kindness and wisdom. It was so crazy reasonably priced too. We try to keep her ears clean but when she started shaking her head a lot, I was the one having anxiety. We heard about BlueSky starting up and reach out and they were quick to meet with us! Very communicative about their timing on the day of visit and great staff! Lucas and Cameron were so good with Boba, they were loving to her throughout the visit to help alleviate her inevitable anxiety. Lucas was patient and thorough with the examination and I learned things I didn't know about Boba to help me keep an eye on her health better. Cameron was great with cleaning Boba's ears and handled her with patience as well. Amazing team, amazing care! At-home vet service will obviously be pricey but BlueSky is much more affordable compared to other mobile vets. Highly recommend them!

Dr. Tipton and Emma arrived right on schedule and spent a few minutes gathering some basic information. As an unhandled cat I wasn’t sure how the exam was going to go. Not to worry, they expertly wrapped him up and began the exam. It was very thorough and they handled him with such care. They were truly a gift from God, and sent by Him to help, encourage, and support us as we navigated new territory with our cat needing an emergency surgery recently. The doctor and nurse to come to our home were wise, knowledgeable, and caring. They worked so well as a team and gave us all the answers to the questions and concerns we had. The nurse even gave us treats for our cat for future use. The receptionist at BlueSky was also vital in our cat receiving her emergency surgery by giving us the information on a clinic we could book with that was nearby our home. She was very kind and encouraging, giving us the reassurance that our cat would be okay and will get what she needed. Our dogs have never been on a leash or in a car or crate since arriving at our home. Dr. Plettner and Madison did an incredible job and our 2 large dogs and 2 cats loved the attention and easy vet visit. They all had blood work and all their shots. Dr. Plettner and Madison were so great with all our crew that none were anxious or stressed with the visit. We needed a check up for her and found this beautiful group who was willing to come into the comfort of our home and help us with our needs. Dr. Plettner and her assistant Madison, were caring, kind, patient and so very knowledgeable! We had absolutely the best care we have had in a long time! (And we have had wonderful vets)They did an exam,took bloodwork, addressed and acknowledged ALL of our problems and concerns ..and all in the comfort of our home. I never felt like they were in a rush to get out the door! Dr Plettner and Madison were above and beyond with kindness and wisdom. It was so crazy reasonably priced too. We try to keep her ears clean but when she started shaking her head a lot, I was the one having anxiety. We heard about BlueSky starting up and reach out and they were quick to meet with us! Very communicative about their timing on the day of visit and great staff! Lucas and Cameron were so good with Boba, they were loving to her throughout the visit to help alleviate her inevitable anxiety. Lucas was patient and thorough with the examination and I learned things I didn't know about Boba to help me keep an eye on her health better. Cameron was great with cleaning Boba's ears and handled her with patience as well. Amazing team, amazing care! At-home vet service will obviously be pricey but BlueSky is much more affordable compared to other mobile vets. Highly recommend them!

They were truly a gift from God, and sent by Him to help, encourage, and support us as we navigated new territory with our cat needing an emergency surgery recently. The doctor and nurse to come to our home were wise, knowledgeable, and caring. They worked so well as a team and gave us all the answers to the questions and concerns we had. The nurse even gave us treats for our cat for future use. The receptionist at BlueSky was also vital in our cat receiving her emergency surgery by giving us the information on a clinic we could book with that was nearby our home. She was very kind and encouraging, giving us the reassurance that our cat would be okay and will get what she needed. Lucas and Cameron were so good with Boba, they were loving to her throughout the visit to help alleviate her inevitable anxiety. Hailee holds a FernDog certification in canine behavior and is an AKC Canine Evaluator. She has also owned and operated a dog training business specializing in behavior modification and service dog training, including work with lower-income families. She finds particular meaning in listening closely and offering reassurance when veterinary care feels stressful or emotional. Outside work, Hailee enjoys hiking and camping with her dog, Miles, an American Staffordshire Terrier/Border Collie mix, as well as drawing, painting, and learning new dinosaur facts.

Tayla Grace is a BlueSky At-Home Client Service Representative in Boston and a veterinary technician with experience in general practice, emergency and critical care, and mobile veterinary medicine. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Veterinary Technology and plays a key role in triaging patients, coordinating appointment scheduling and routing, managing medical records and prescription requests, and supporting seamless communication between clients and medical teams. Tayla has a strong focus on client guidance during stressful situations and takes care to ensure that pets receive timely, appropriate care. She is especially passionate about mobile veterinary practice, where in-home visits can reduce anxiety, support pets that cannot travel, and improve comfort for both animals and their families. She manages daily scheduling, record keeping, and prescription requests, and serves as a key communication link between clients, veterinarians, and technicians to help address questions and concerns quickly and clearly. Samantha began her career as a CSR and spent much of her professional life as a veterinary technician in general practice, emergency, and urgent care, including roles with two mobile veterinary teams, where she discovered her passion for house call medicine. She brings well rounded clinical insight and a special interest in exotic pets to every interaction, helping clients feel informed and at ease. Outside of work, Samantha and her boyfriend are avid video game, board game, and movie fans, and at home she stays busy with her rabbit Bastas and two dogs, Link and Wedge.

Amanda Thompson is a Customer Service Representative at BlueSky At-Home Veterinary Care, based in Dewey, Arizona. Amanda brings several years of experience in veterinary medicine and client care, with previous roles as a veterinary technician, remote veterinary scheduler, and remote care coordinator. Her background spans patient care, medical documentation, and client communication, including supporting families through emotionally difficult situations and decisions.
