She has never gone to a traditional Vet because I don’t even think I could get her in a carrier, she is that spicy. They were truly a gift from God, and sent by Him to help, encourage, and support us as we navigated new territory with our cat needing an emergency surgery recently. The doctor and nurse to come to our home were wise, knowledgeable, and caring. They worked so well as a team and gave us all the answers to the questions and concerns we had. The nurse even gave us treats for our cat for future use. The receptionist at BlueSky was also vital in our cat receiving her emergency surgery by giving us the information on a clinic we could book with that was nearby our home. She was very kind and encouraging, giving us the reassurance that our cat would be okay and will get what she needed. Our dogs have never been on a leash or in a car or crate since arriving at our home. We try to keep her ears clean but when she started shaking her head a lot, I was the one having anxiety. We heard about BlueSky starting up and reach out and they were quick to meet with us! Very communicative about their timing on the day of visit and great staff! Lucas and Cameron were so good with Boba, they were loving to her throughout the visit to help alleviate her inevitable anxiety. Lucas was patient and thorough with the examination and I learned things I didn't know about Boba to help me keep an eye on her health better. Cameron was great with cleaning Boba's ears and handled her with patience as well. Amazing team, amazing care! They were truly a gift from God, and sent by Him to help, encourage, and support us as we navigated new territory with our cat needing an emergency surgery recently. The doctor and nurse to come to our home were wise, knowledgeable, and caring. They worked so well as a team and gave us all the answers to the questions and concerns we had. The nurse even gave us treats for our cat for future use. The receptionist at BlueSky was also vital in our cat receiving her emergency surgery by giving us the information on a clinic we could book with that was nearby our home. She was very kind and encouraging, giving us the reassurance that our cat would be okay and will get what she needed. We try to keep her ears clean but when she started shaking her head a lot, I was the one having anxiety. We heard about BlueSky starting up and reach out and they were quick to meet with us! Very communicative about their timing on the day of visit and great staff! Lucas and Cameron were so good with Boba, they were loving to her throughout the visit to help alleviate her inevitable anxiety. Sean holds an MBA from Vanderbilt University and a bachelor’s degree in finance from Villanova University. He lives in Maine with his family and their two dogs, Tenney and Rosie.
Brent Profenno
Co-Founder and Chief Financial Officer
Brent Profenno is the Co-Founder and CFO of BlueSky At-Home Veterinary Care with nearly twenty years in animal health across diagnostics, pharmaceuticals, and multi-site veterinary services, bringing combined S&P 500 and startup experience to BlueSky’s financial and operational strategy. Before BlueSky, he led finance and accounting at Rarebreed Veterinary Partners, supporting growth at more than 110 locations and managing equity and debt initiatives, after earlier roles helping build IDEXX’s Latin America operations, working on post-merger integration in Brazil, and directing financial planning and analysis at Putney Veterinary, where he contributed to its sale to Dechra Pharmaceuticals. Brent holds a master’s degree in accounting from Bentley University and a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance from the University of Southern Maine. Outside work, he spends time with his wife, young son, and their black cat, Z, and he enjoys golf, snowboarding, hiking, time near the water, and fly fishing.
Lyndsey Kingsley, DVM
Chief Operating Officer
Lyndsey Kingsley, DVM, serves as Chief Operating Officer for BlueSky At-Home Veterinary Care in Austin, TX, where she works in close partnership with field teams and senior leaders to shape a scalable practice model for mobile veterinary services. Her focus remains on upholding quality, supporting a practical spectrum of care, and fostering strong team dynamics rooted in trust and collaboration. Before joining BlueSky At-Home, Lyndsey founded My Pet’s MVP, a full-service mobile veterinary hospital, following experience as an associate at a busy exotics practice. After growing and selling her mobile venture, she advanced in operational leadership through several high-growth organizations, culminating in her role at BlueSky At-Home. She holds both a BS in Biomedical Sciences (cum laude) and a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Texas A&M University. Lyndsey is especially driven by helping teams rediscover professional fulfillment and watching pets receive care in an environment that keeps them at ease. Outside of work, she enjoys mountain biking, motocross, horseback riding, and time with her two dogs, Fynn and Scout, and her horse, Peanut Butter Falcon.
Chad Harris, DVM
Chief Veterinary Officer
Dr. Chad Harris is the Chief Veterinary Officer at BlueSky At-Home Veterinary Care in Dallas, Texas, where he also runs the BlueSky Dallas clinic that serves pets and families across the community. In this combined strategic and hands-on role, he sets clinical standards, oversees medical quality, and supports the medical team as they bring high quality veterinary care directly into clients’ homes. Before joining BlueSky At-Home, Dr. Harris built his career with Vetcor, advancing from associate veterinarian to Chief of Staff, Chief of Staff Advisor, and Vice President of Veterinary Leadership and Career Development, guiding hospital leaders and helping shape the next generation of veterinarians. He has served as President of the Texas Veterinary Medical Foundation, on the Executive Committee of the World Aquatic Veterinary Medical Association, and currently on the Alumni Committee for Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine. Dr. Harris earned his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Ross University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from McMurry University, and has received the Rising Star Award from Ross University and the Young Alumni Achievement Award from McMurry University. His clinical interests include the human animal bond, advanced imaging such as ultrasound and echocardiography, and aquatic and exotic animal medicine. At home in Dallas, he spends his free time with his golden retriever, Blue, and his American shorthair cat, Duck.
